Ticketek is the only authorised ticket seller for all events held at the Hordern Pavilion. Only tickets purchased from our official ticketing partner; Ticketek, are valid for this event. Tickets purchased through any other sources may not be valid and you may not be admitted into the show.

A message from the organisers and artist team:

“We have tried very hard to plan for the future amongst the continuing global health crisis, but it has become clear that we’re unable to reschedule the PONY Australia & New Zealand tour dates to a new period that we are fully confident will go ahead. So it’s with deep regret that we have to cancel the Rex Orange County dates in Australia & New Zealand. We will look to plan a new tour when shows can go ahead again and travel is possible.“

Due to the current global crisis, local government restrictions and border closures, a number of our tours will no longer be going ahead or have rescheduled to a later date including Rex Orange County’s 2020 tour.

The safety of our fans, artists and staff are our number one priority. We thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to reschedule this tour.

You will receive updated information from Ticketek shortly, if you haven’t already.

All purchased tickets will receive a full refund. Tickets purchased by credit or debit card will be refunded in full  and patrons do not need to take any action. Patrons should allow approximately 20 working days for the refund to appear in their account.
